Our vehicles sold for many times the price of an automobile to very wealthy and particular buyers so I know what customer service is and we experienced it here. All the tires in my new 2016 RAM Bighorn truck were reading very low. Try as I might, I went to 4 gas stations whose air systems were down, frozen or otherwise inoperable. Finally, I stopped in at Premier, where John Lendval saw me as I was going to to the service department. He immediately took my truck, had the tire pressures set properly, and sent me on my way...and would not accept anything in return. I am 62 and I have been driving for 45 years...and I have never been treated more courteously in my adult life. This dealership, and John Lendval in particular, are spectacular. I am so very impressed with the gracious nature of the staff, and wish to make sure that he knows his kindness was appreciated. Please share this with him. More

What I didn't research was required interest rates in order to get certain rebates and closing costs, especially documentation fees. With the advent of the Internet, car buying has changed significantly. I guess the dealership has to make their money somehow. This website requires I rate customer service and quality of work. I have only owned the truck for a few days and have no experience with either of these criteria . More
