Beautiful dealership. I dropped my jeep off for a recall and tire pressure alert that wouldn’t go away. Shaun was very pleasant and checked me in. I was given a loaner. I was told someone would be in touch with me during the day to let me know when the Jeep was ready. No one ever reached out to me, so when I called at the end of the day I couldn’t get through and left a message. No one ever returned my call. My husband called in the morning to check the status and we were told we could pick it up. I rated 4 out of 5 because I was disappointed in the lack of communication by customer service. Also, the tire pressure alert is not fixed. It still goes on every time I start the car. More
