Brought my truck in for an urgent safety recall. They told me a kit was needed but the dealership was only allowed to purchase ONE safety recall kit per month!!! Was told my vehicle would fail inspe They told me a kit was needed but the dealership was only allowed to purchase ONE safety recall kit per month!!! Was told my vehicle would fail inspection without safety recall kit installed. Nightmare! They then charged me $240.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve owned new vehicles my entire life, the truck is only one year old and has under 5k miles on it. Once I get everything straightened out I am going to a different truck brand and different dealership- what a horrible experience!!! Everything at this dealership is shady regardless of buying a new or used vehicle. Stay away from this dealership- you’ve been warned!!! More
