Dishonest service department My car was towed in due to a failed fuel pump On Saturday. July 18. It took almost 5 days for them to look at my Jeep. The gentleman I spoke with Satu My car was towed in due to a failed fuel pump On Saturday. July 18. It took almost 5 days for them to look at my Jeep. The gentleman I spoke with Saturday was great then I didn’t hear from anyone Monday so I called Tuesday. My only contact after that was Michelle I think. She continued to tell me they didn’t have a chance to look at it because they were busy and it was a tow in. I finally called and was told the fuel pump needed to be replaced and the part had to be ordered. Sadly, they continued to give me false information about how long it took for pump to be delivered. I found out through a contact at Chrysler headquarters that it was delivered the day after it was ordered with my VIN number assigned to it. I called daily for updates. They finally called to say they received the pump on July 27. The car was finally fixed and returned July 29. I asked 3 times about a loaner car. She consistently said they didn’t have any. I was without my car for 12 days. Communication was was dishonest. All anyone wants is honesty and good service. We’ve purchased many vehicles there. This was not what I expected. I understand that MA has rules regarding COVID but not being prepared for unexpected breakdowns is ridiculous. Had I know it would take 12 days to get back I would have taken it somewhere else or at least rented a car. More

His approach was professional and insightful. His personal, low-key approach, his knowledge and his willingness to research my detailed questions are the main reasons I bought the car. His descriptions and comments have been accurate and spot on! I am truly enjoying this purchase. Thank you, Gio! My only negative comment is reflected in the dealership's 4-star rating. Unfortunately, I received the first of several survey requests shortly after I bought the car. Not enough time had passed to fully appreciate the new attributes of the car nor to fully reflect upon the purchasing process. It was the only time I felt pressured or hurried during the entire transaction. Again, let be voice my appreciation for Gio. He is certainly an asset to your dealership. More
