My truck was not repaired after going there twice. I had been to two other dealers and they could not fix it either. I was told Premier could handle it. I tried to make another appointment but no one will r been to two other dealers and they could not fix it either. I was told Premier could handle it. Will never go here again. Would not recommend the service Dept here to anyone. More

I completed survey and you had no intention of posting it because of the terrible rating I gave ur service dept I will submits again now. 3 times I had to bri g my Jeep Wrangler in fir service 3 cons because of the terrible rating I gave ur service dept I will submits again now. 3 times I had to bri g my Jeep Wrangler in fir service 3 consecutive days because the didn’t know how to fix the first tim then they put the wrong content oil in it. Then the hit me with an inflated cost of labor rate $278 per hour labor!!! R u kidding me. And I had to tell them how to fix it and u wrote down the correct oulbwight to put in. And they put in wrong oil. Bright idea premier You should really look into ur service dept. compared to other keep dealers service dept I won’t be back. And looking at ur survey answers from other customers. Some of these r complaints they won’t be back either. So what ask fir survey if u don’t post all of them.
