Terrible customer service Brought my Jeep Trackhawk in for a spare key to be made and an alignment. After sitting with my 3yr old daughter for 3.5 hrs they came out to tell me Brought my Jeep Trackhawk in for a spare key to be made and an alignment. After sitting with my 3yr old daughter for 3.5 hrs they came out to tell me that they couldn’t align the Jeep because it has an aftermarket set up on it. They were going to set the tow not the camber on it well it’s all wheel drive you can’t do that so I told them to just leave it alone only to be told it’s already on the rack so we have to charge you for the alignment we can’t do correctly. Well the suspension is bright yellow and can’t be missed so they knew it ahead of time but wanted to take my money for a service they didn’t want to perform. Long story short I brought it to Enginuity in Dennis the next morning and they aligned it in under an hour and said the upgraded suspension was easier than the factory suspension. Premier is here for your business today not looking at tomorrow never had a good experience their. Will not be going back. More
