The service doesn't stop after you buy a vehicle I called my sales person Kyle Hein after I bought my 2016 suv with questions that I thought might be silly example what type of oil was put in the car I called my sales person Kyle Hein after I bought my 2016 suv with questions that I thought might be silly example what type of oil was put in the car so I would know what to put in. And how to run different features on the car . He was very pleasant and helpful with getting me the answers. Pretty sure they tried to pull a fast one So I took my car in because I believed that had an issue with the wheels on my car. I sat there for almost three hours, and they finally tell me that So I took my car in because I believed that had an issue with the wheels on my car. I sat there for almost three hours, and they finally tell me that I need new tires. I take the car to another place to get a second opinion and they laugh in my face when I tell them that Premier says I need to replace my tires. Turns out it is something called a "bent wheel" and it will cost me less than half of what I was was going to pay for new tires with Premier. Also turns out that Premier has a bad reputation with quite a few people here on the Cape. I will NEVER take my car to Premier again for service, unless it is something that I am getting done for free...like the stupid windshield pump that was recalled. They are lucky that I am older now and less wild or else I would go right back there and give them a piece of my mind! More

This review keeps getting scrubbed! "Jeep does not stand behind its product." In 2017 My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon. We started at Premier Jeep in Hyannis, they "Jeep does not stand behind its product." In 2017 My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon. We started at Premier Jeep in Hyannis, they would not come close to off Cape prices and we felt that they just didn't care, so we took our business off cape with the intention of having it serviced close to home, Big mistake! The Rubicon Recon was the top of the line “Trail Rated” Jeep at the time and we drove it off road and over rocks just as the advertisements suggest yet when a stub shaft broke on the trail we were told “the vehicle has to much trail damage to be covered under warranty”. The trial damage consist of dents and dings in skid plates and cross members. I did make some modifications (more skid plates, winch etc.) but nothing to the front locker or stub shaft. The jeep brand has portrayed themselves as THE off road vehicle, yet if you take it off road the warranty is null and void! Way to go Premier and Jeep in general, If you use your product the way it is advertised you never have to cover anything. Very disappointed.
