Kacey Dockham was very thorough and very accommodating in having the repairs completed in time for me to put my Jeep on display at the Boston World of Wheels. As it turned out, a snowstorm hit the area and I cancelled displaying the Jeep but I was very happy with the speed of the repairs and the follow-through from Kacey who kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. I'm very fussy about keeping my vehicles clean and well maintained and my Jeep was immaculate when it was returned to me, which isn't always the case when a dealer performs repairs on your car. It was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to have Premier work on my Jeep again. More
Don't believe them if they suggest you may get reimbursed They had always taken care of me and my AWD Hemi Charger, but last visit was vastly different. Alternater was smoking and eating batteries and left me stranded. (it's under recall T36) dealership refused to give me a loaner car but suggested that it *should* be reimbursed by Chrysler. Submitted enterprise receipt. DENIED! was now told that rentals are NEVER covered for recalls which can burn your car to a crisp. Just wish I was told that from the beginning. Tip to management: it's always better to under-promise and over deliver, than to over promise and under-deliver. More

We had to get corporate jeep customer service involved....its still going on. Between Chrysler and the dealership were blamingeach other but the customer was suffering. They were/are horrible. Outside of the fact my wife's life was at risk because of their car....zero empathy. More

Because they are so wonderful everytime I go, even though I am super busy I couldn't go without saying how fabulous the customer service is there!! This particular time I had the pleasure to work with Matt Brillant. He was totally awesome!! Not only was he polite & extremely pleasant but he also went way out of his way and bent over backwards just to make sure that I was all set. I have been to the Premier Jeep service department many times but this was the 1st time I had the pleasure of being served by Matt, he is a great addition to the team, everyone is always great at this service department and Matt did not disappoint, he was really terrific & as always everything went exceptional well with my Jeep repair!!! Every time I go I am always impressed with every aspect of this service department. They hit it out of the park every single time!!! More

I've been buying exotic cars for years and other than the Chevy Corvette, I've avoided Chrysler products(other than the Viper, of which my current model is the 4th) because of the formerly mediocre to poor reputation of their service departments. This service department, however, sets a high water mark for helping car owners through the often unpleasant chore of getting the car serviced. A beautiful, well-appointed waiting area and a staff willing to go the extra mile to make a customer feel appreciated. The service techs were great, explained everything in detail and got the job done right. What more can one ask? More

Bad Service Experience / Policy Had multiple poor experiences with the service department here and would not recommend them. We have a 2014 Jeep Wranger Unlimited with 21k miles on i Had multiple poor experiences with the service department here and would not recommend them. We have a 2014 Jeep Wranger Unlimited with 21k miles on it. We brought the vehicle in December of last year for an under warranty noise complaint on the brake servo. Premier had the vehicle for two weeks and was unable to diagnose this basic concern. Because the vehicle is used only seasonally it was several months before we could send them a video demonstrating the noise concern again. At this point the vehicle only had 1,000 more miles on it, but it had timed out on the warranty. We asked them to goodwill (have the factory pay for) the repair since it was present when the vehicle was under warranty, under their care, and it was factory defect. They refused to to do so, claiming that 1.) their goodwill funds were limited 2.) they only goodwill repairs on vehicles they sell and 3.) that they charge a $100 deductible for goodwill claims. After checking with another Jeep dealership (that, even though we didn't purchase or service the vehicle with them, was willing to process this claim) we found out a.) Jeep doesn't limit goodwill claims b.) dealers are allowed to goodwill any vehicles not just the vehicles they sell and c.) that Jeep doesn't charge a deductible on goodwill repairs and that the dealer gets paid 100% of their normal parts and labor charges. I'm very disappointed with both dishonesty and their policy, which is anti-consumer. Our concern was escalated to the service manager (Daniel), general manager, and owner, but they refused to listen to the concern. More
