Lynn, the Technician who did the actual diagnosis, mechanical and systems work on our car was extraordinarily impressive!!! Through her amazing clarity, persistence and expertise, Lynn solved a challenging airbag and security light problem as well as corrected other service issues. Lauren Pavao provided superb service and expert guidance throughout the complex processes which our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited required. Lauren took excellent care of us at all times and instilled in us confidence in all that Premier Cape offered. Lauren also arranged for us to have great replacement rental cars while our auto was being worked on. Matt Brillant was the first staff member whom we met upon our arrival in mid-August. Matt's organizational skills and greeting were welcoming, impressive and set the initial stage for the outstanding service that was provided. Thank You to Lauren, Matt and Lynn!!! More
Worst service dept ever! 2015 Dodge Promaster 3500 with 54k miles has a blown transmission. They cannot service it at the Dodge dealership, has to wait for an opening at the s 2015 Dodge Promaster 3500 with 54k miles has a blown transmission. They cannot service it at the Dodge dealership, has to wait for an opening at the sister dealership BMW. It has now sat in the lot for 3 weeks not touched. Once they finally move to the BMW larger bay and drop the transmission, they have to take pictures and wait until the service experts decide if it needs a rebuilt or a new transmission, That will be another 2- 3 weeks. This vehicle is used to transport people with disabilities. To be without a vehicle for 5-6 weeks is NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Excellent Service for Vacationing Dodge Owner Two weeks ago, my family and I found ourselves "on the road" far from home, with a carload of vacation luggage and bikes and a spare FOB that was only Two weeks ago, my family and I found ourselves "on the road" far from home, with a carload of vacation luggage and bikes and a spare FOB that was only partially functioning. An overturned canoe, on a river in Vermont, sent our FOB floating away, not to be recovered. The spare FOB that we had never used, turned out, was never programmed to our vehicle. While my wife began our 5 hour drive from Vermont to our next destination, I searched the internet for a Dodge dealership; finding Premier Cape Cod, Hyannis ! Matt Brilliant took my phone call; took down my information and promised to call me back as soon as he had located the FOB suited to my 2011 Dodge Durango. It wasn't long before he called, having located the one for our model car. We made arrangements for us to stop by Premier when we got into town later that day. That was when we met Michayla Matchem. Michayla took my call as we entered Hyannis, and directed me from our hotel to the dealership's service department. Knowing we had no vehicle until the FOB programming was complete (the next day), Michayla was kind enough to drive us back to our hotel, a mile away. On the way, she shared her knowledge of Hyannis; all of the spots that a travelling family should see in that wonderful town. My conversations with these two individuals included much more than I could fit in this review. Suffice to say, Premier Cape Cod is lucky to have people like Matt and Michayla in their employ ! I don't want to forget Joe L'Hommedieu who gave me a friendly lift back to the dealership the next morning when the Durango and FOB were ready to go. Great young people ! I called Brian Kelly Jr, who contacted John at Premier Cape Cod and told him I was gett My Jeep broke down (transmission died) at approximately 11am. I called Brian Kelly Jr, who contacted John at Premier Cape Cod and told him I was getting my vehicle towed to the shop. It was still under warranty through the lease. John and Jed were there to meet me upon arrival. They had already arranged a rental through Enterprise and who was waiting to pick me up. I was in a rental (the last one available at that location due to peak summer rentals on Cape Cod) and back on the road within 90 minutes of the first call. Jed updated me over the next few days and my Jeep was ready for pick-up within about 48 hours of dropping it off. I will continue to recommended customers to Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield where I purchased the Jeep, as well as Premier Cape Cod. Outstanding customer service has become a dinosaur. It is nice to see some businesses still know how to treat their customers with appreciation and respect. More

Could not be more pleased with Premier's Service dept I came in with my partner a couple of weeks ago to get work done on an older 04 Wrangler that I just refuse to give up. I didn't realize that when scheduling the appointment over the phone about a week prior that I was actually speaking with Matt Brillant (a phenomenal boy genius who used to run the show at the Apple Store in Hyannis and used to be the only guy I'd ever let even touch my computer) who's now apparently working at the front desk at the service department!! I've been dealing with Matt for my computer issues for the past couple of years and in all of my dealings with him both there and at Premier over the phone AND in person I could not ask for a more professional experience and personal level of service, as I work in customer service myself and can tell very easily when someone genuinely cares versus someone who could care less. Matt explained everything in detail over the phone about what to expect when coming in so there were no surprises. When I arrived he introduced me to Lauren Pavao who was equally as pleasant to deal with and an absolute doll in general (I hope you're enjoying the new puppy Lauren!!) . My car stayed there for a couple days as expected and is still running better than ever now a couple weeks later. If we have any problems with our Jeep I know I can always call my FRIENDS at Premier who will take care of us. Now I just have to find someone as good as matt to trust with my computer, LOL. You could not ask for a better staff and I am beyond pleased. More

Really like that the service center has Saturday hours - so convenient for people who work during the week. More
