In desperate need of help A careless truck driver dropped board off his truck on route 130 in Sandwich, MA. I ran over them to avoid crashing into the jeep in front of me. Immediately my Chrysler 200 LIMITED began talking to me about LOW TIRE PRESSURE. I went to a service station, filled the tires with air and drove home. NO relief from my car persistently showing LOW TIRE PRESSURE. I called Premier and a kind man told me to drive the car for 20 minutes to reset the automatic reader and if not, bring it in and we'll help you. After driving with my heart in my throat to Hyannis, I called again. Leo Laemmie answered phone and said he'd be happy to fit me in and take a look. As soon as I arrived at Premier, he calmed me down and offered the lovely waiting area to me, coffee, snacks and TV. He said they would look at my car and try to repair the tires and let me know NO appointment mind you, I had a coffee with my husband, sat on the very comfortable chairs, put my feet up and relaxed. Honestly a short while later Leo came out and reported one tire was repaired but the other couldn't be and did we want them to replace the tire. Course my tires weren't in stock so Leo said it would take a while. I didn't care I was so happy to get my tires fixed....yes, yes please. About an hour later I went to Leo and asked about my talking lady who answers my cell in the car. I told Leo she wasn't working. He told me after baby was fixed, he'd call Golf to help me. OMG Golf and I went out to baby, in minutes Golf had the lady all fixed and now I can make calls again. Can I just say how wonderful is this dealership? How great are the people who work here? They all deserve a raise in pay!! I WILL ALWAYS come here from now on as I was treated with respect, kindness, caring and honest gentleman. Thank you Leo and Golf and the young ladies who helped me at the coffee machine. Helen Hurley More
We'll PASS. I called and spoke to reception asking if we could have a tech just switch out our locking lug nuts on our jeep to universal lug nuts. Reception said we would have to make an appointment, I asked to speak to a manager because that particular job takes no longer then 15 min. Their website also states they offer "walk in" oil changes, this is NOT the case. You have to make an appointment for that as well, which is fine but don't advertise "quick services" that's don't in fact exist. And also how can you offer a "walk in" oil change but someone can't quickly switch out lug nuts? I spoke to Michelle who was that kind of hidden rude on th phone, where her words seem nice but her tone was rude and very short. Needless to say we will not be buying our summer jeep at this company knowing we would have to deal with Michelle in service. Great customer service... NOT! More
