I was referred to Frank without hesitation, by a friend Hands down the absolute BEST body shop in SoCal, is here at Weseloh Kia Collision Center!!! I was referred to Frank without hesitation, by a friend that works in the car detailing business for my incorrectly paint matched full front end of my 2016 VW Golf R in Tornado Red. For weeks I was torn about using the shops that originally painted my carbon fiber hood, front bumper cover and front spoiler/splitter parts which came out orange. So fortunate to have met Frank and his team of painters/detailers, which honestly are likely the BEST in the country! I don't normally write reviews or give praise to that degree, so please take my word for what I'm writing here. Knew right away after meeting Frank for the first time, I was in good hands, he was able to point out the flaws in the paint color immediately and drafted up a more than reasonable quote for the task to respray the full front end. There was no doubt in my mind hearing about their reputation for knocking out complex paint matching jobs, especially in the color red (red/white one of the most difficult colors to correctly match). Their painter George, is an absolute master at this craft, meticulously performed over 6 different spray out's based off almost 9 variances of red paint to choose from which is impossible to nail the correct one if you don't have the experience and intuition. Correctly identified the right red color, and simply nailed it, not a sign off mismatching and quality of work was 10/10 no bubbles, contaminants or signs of any imperfections. After assembling everything back onto the vehicle, they hit a snag with the hood functionality, never crossed theirs minds to refer me to Volkswagen to get it sorted out. They took ownership of the issue, and executed a quick solution to the problem bringing back full functionality of the cars hood again. That level of devotion and loyalty to the customer, it's not something I'll likely encounter at any body shop, and that is why I'm NEVER going to any other body shop for these reasons and my experience there solidified it. I don't think these words, can express how grateful I am to Frank and his team at Kia Weseloh Collision Center, but hopefully it reaches out to any potential customers out there looking for the best automotive paint work LOOK NO FURTHER! Arash was gracious, patient, and honest through the whole process. I ended up with a beautiful 2014 Kia Sol, and couldn't be happier. This is my first 'new' car in 15 years. This was in January today is march and David STILL HAS NOT HELPED ME he has taken pictures I've come in twice already. I don't know if this place likes to waste time or is so unorganized that the employees forget to file the necessary documents to do a simple thing. Fun part? I was not at fault in my fender so it wasn't through the insurance moving slowly...... More

Friendly demeanor, great listener, patient (I had to call and start an auto policy as I only had motorcycle insurance), and he kept any sales agenda properly put in second place. His energy and knowledge of the sales process made this an easy and enjoyable experience. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you very much, Miles!! Marc Mitchell in Finance should also be mentioned! Thank you, sir! I usually say NO to everything finance is offering (please...), but after talking to Marc about my financial situation (a fairly strict budget) I found comfort and convenience in extending the used-car warranty and getting GAP protection for about $20 more a month. From more than five years training automotive professionals I have come to believe that keeping talent like Milo is almost always a testament to the management: GM Eddie Binder I visit a lot of dealers. Awesome Magnificent Dealer If there's million star rating that is what I will give to for this dealer.After getting turned down by rude and cruel customer service of KIA Ford If there's million star rating that is what I will give to for this dealer.After getting turned down by rude and cruel customer service of KIA Ford Pearson i called this dealer and asked if they can give me a better deal on the KIA Soul 2016. I spoke to Bob and from phone call they are courteous and polite. Bob took care of us on the phone and when we get to their office we met Katie Fernandes and she took care of us from dealing and up till we bought the car. Their Manager Kyle Weseloh is awesome even their finance person Shawn Skinner is magnificent to explain the details about the choices of warranty of the car either you want to purchased it or not and no pressure at all. Overall all of the people working here are all great and gives qsatisfying customer service. We got the car today paid in cash and now were in the road driving very very happy. I am Glad I called this dealer and they all did their best to make us Happy and took care of us. I highly recommend that you don't missed one half of you life when you need a car to go to this dealer as everyone will take care of you.
