So easy to work with and made the process seamless. Was great about follow up communication and got everything ready quickly when I was ready to purchase.

Their rating is 4. - DarrenP

Their rating is 4.9, and I know why. I don't even have a Kia and I like this parts and service department. I do have a Hyundai, which is why I have discovered this dealer. I don't have car purchase experience, but for service, they are awesome. No upsell, no attempts to get more out of me than I want. They took a Kia coupon from me and honored it for an oil change on my Hyundai. I felt a little funny, being a Hyundai at a Kia dealership, but now I feel at home and feel sorry for all of those Hyundai owners that don't go here for parts (cheaper in price but exactly the same parts), service (again, less expensive, and actually BETTER service). This Kia dealership's coupon was for FULL synthetic oil, and no mention of "up to 5 quarts, additional extra" charges. The Hyundai Tucson (and Kia Sportage) 2.5L 4 cylinder engine requires 6 quarts, and they didn't charge me any more for that. No fuss, no feeling of being taken advantage of, just great convenient service at a great price. And yes, I did buy parts from them previously, and paid less than the Hyundai dealership was asking. I think I'd be stupid to NOT come back to these guys for all my Hyundai (and possibly future Kia) needs. BTW, my service advisor was Patrick, great guy!

As for myself, as usual for four years, excellent work - Charly Mendez

As for myself, as usual for four years, excellent work overall. Service front office staff and the crew that I don't see working in the background.

Best car buying experience yet! - Scott King

Best car buying experience yet! Carlos in Sales and Daniel in Finance took great care of us. Low key, pressure-free and quick. Fair price on our trade-in as well. We could not be happier. This was our second purchase from DCH Kia Temecula. Thank you!

I am writing this review on Robert Simon sales manager. I shopping for a new car and help bent over backwards to help me out. its hard to have dedicated sales managers today. and wanted to give a gold star for effort.if you go there for a car make sure he is there he can do magic. good and polite

Excellent friendly service to resolve a daily draining - jonathan

Excellent friendly service to resolve a daily draining battery despite normal testing of battery and alternator. Austin Loftus, Service Advisor was super helpful . Since mechanic reported no explanation for this drainage but Austin brought in Ryan who determined the cause and was also super helpful. Very impressed and 180 degrees to the horrible service from the dealership of Ken Grody- Ford/Kia -where the care was bought.

I had my car towed in for service. - Kfudge

I had my car towed in for service. I was advised it would take 3-5 days to fix. It has been a week and they have yet to run a diagnostic to tell me what’s wrong. I reached out to the service department and was advised if you don’t want to wait you can have it towed somewhere else. I had my car towed to Kia to receive specialized care for my Kia. As a single mom I would hope they understand what a hardship not having a vehicle for a long length of time would cause. The service department could benefit from customer service training. A little empathy can go a long way. Really disappointing. I’m going to have to incure the additional expense of having my car towed to yet another mechanic. If Ball Kia cares so little about their customers may I suggest they get out of the business of customer service.

I recently reached out to Premier KIA Carlsbad via their - Scott Gardner

I recently reached out to Premier KIA Carlsbad via their website, and I connected with salesperson Ryan Munesato. Ryan got back with me quickly and addressed all my inquiries. I stopped into the dealership and met with Ryan. He is a polite, professional, articulate, and excellent salesperson. He took all of my needs and concerns and came up with an excellent option. No pressure or angst in this deal. Ryan guided me carefully and found the perfect vehicle for me.   He also took care in properly assessing my trade-in vehicle.  This purchase was my 4rth Kia purchase in the San Diego area and by far the best transaction thus far out of the 3 dealerships that I have patronized. The next step was meeting with Ari Ferrufino in Finance. The "Finance Visit" is typically my least favorite part of a new car purchase, but Ari made it perfect. She is warm, welcoming, and super professional. Instead of a pressurized pitch, she guided me carefully through the process and was a complete professional.  She is articulate, knowledgeable and processed my deal quickly and efficiently. Brilliant! Ryan and Ari made my Premier Kia Carlsbad purchase experience exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership and especially the customer service provided by Ryan and Ari.
