When I was signing papers with Santiago in finance I was unaware that there was approximately another $3000 included in the price. I realized this when I got home and went through the papers. Mike handled the problem immediately and explained it was for an extended warranty that I had not agreed to. The cost was refunded and a new contract was made. Not your typical dealer I got tired of all the games the LA dealers were playing. I decided to call this dealer because of its great reviews. Spoke to Carlis Arias and he off I got tired of all the games the LA dealers were playing. I decided to call this dealer because of its great reviews. I knew it was time for a new car as it was no longer safe to put my son in it. I pulled into the Kia dealership. At that point I didn't even care where I went. I just needed a safe car in my budget. As I was aimlessly roaming around I was approached by Ariel. He clearly saw I was upset. Being a single mom and having to buy a new car was far from what I wanted to do. He turned a really bad situation into a seamless one. He even talked me through my tears. Made sure I was ok. First thing he asked was what was my budget. He felt for me. Once he got that the told me not to worry. Almost holding my hand through the whole process. He never tried to up sell me. His #1 goal was that we were safe and it was in my budget. Never steering away from that. He showed me my options which were very little. But I appreciated that. He kept my best interest at heart. He worked out a great deal and over exceeded my expectations. I'm in sales as well. I actually sell auto insurance for a large company. Not once did I get a sales pitch. I got a person to person experience. I will forever be greatful for that.
