My name is Ethan Steinberg and I'm writing to you with comments about Tariq Muqeet. Tariq has worked with my parents, Ira and Priscilla Steinberg, for a number of years, leasing them first a Prius (I b comments about Tariq Muqeet. It is without equivocation when I say that the level of service that Tariq has provided since the very beginning has been the most superior I have ever seen -- not just in the auto industry . . . but anywhere! My mother is 88 years old and, after my father passed away a few years ago, she lives alone. I live in Los Angeles and can't be there to help her. Tariq took care of her as if she was his mother, going above and beyond and making the process the most seamless it could be. All the while, he kept me apprised of everything -- delivery dates, pricing options, insurance updates, etc. -- so I was always in the loop and fully aware of the situation. Thanks to Tariq, what could have been a stressful situation was the most stress-free experience humanly possible. I simply can't say enough about this young man.
