A few months ago I needed to purchase a vehicle but with all the stresses involved in doing so Tony Caldwell, David Weaver of Premier Toyota made all those stresses be at ease. I went in to the dealership on a whim. I wanted to explore the Prius. I was met by the receptionist and Ricardo was there to greet me. Ricardo responded quickly. I was not impressed with the car and I let him know I did not like the car at all, especially looking out the front window. We visited for a while. Then Ricardo asked if I would care to check out the Prius-c. Ricardo pulled up a Prius-c and we went on a test drive. The Prius-c was very comfortable. The front window vision was what I was looking for. He and his manager worked up a price that met my price range. I agreed to purchase the car. When I went in to take delivery. The finance manager had everything worked up and we closed with out a hitch. Ricardo met some difficulty delivering the car, however. The car was not ready. They had to replace a battery. When he wanted to go over the car with me every space he wanted to use was taken. We ended up out side the service department doors. Ricky did a good job improvising. He helped to set up my cell phone with the cars bluetooth system and we went over the car. I am enjoying the car and look forward owning the car. More

We came to Premier to look at the toyota line of cars with an open mind. We had never considered purchasing a Toyota and were actually GM customers for most of our lives. We took one test drive in a Camr with an open mind. We had never considered purchasing a Toyota and were actually GM customers for most of our lives. We took one test drive in a Camry and at the same time became very educated on Toyota. Paul and Ricardo were so knowledgeable about the Camry we were sold on this car model instantly. The car quality and ride had much to do with it along with all the information we gathered. Premier did not yave yhe model we wanted, but within a week our vehicle showed up on their lot. The fiancing was somewhat painless and we drove the car home after only a short visit at the dealership. My wife is happy with her car and is looking forward to working with the dealership to maintain her new ride. More
