I gave the highest rating possible for Premier Toyota because the employees I met with went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I shopped around for other cars: Nissan, Ford, and Hyundai. None of the other local dealerships matched the quality of service provided by Premier Toyota. John Baughman: I initially met with John Baughman when I first began browsing on the lot. He was excellent--extremely friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase, nor did I feel that I was annoying him (like I felt when I went to the Nissan dealership). He asked me questions in a very friendly, pleasant and cordial manner, uncovering my needs/wants in my vehicle purchase. When we went inside to further discuss my vehicle interests, he was paged during the middle of our conversation. He continued talking with me about my vehicle. The page did not even phase him. So my mother (who was with me at the time) said "John, do you need to take that page." I will never forget his response. He said, "that page can wait; right now, you are the two most important people in my life." At that point, he had me sold. Never in my years has someone been so customer focused. A+ Paul Owens: After meeting with John, he directed me to Paul Owens. Paul was the main employee that I dealt with during my time at Premier Toyota. Paul was outstanding. The proof is in the pudding because he sold me a Toyota Rav 4. Interacting with Paul was a true pleasure. He was very friendly, cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful when discussing my choice of vehicle. He at no time was pushy, demanding, or made me feel uncomfortable. He was very collaborative and cooperative. We discussed my finances and vehicle interest. He approached the interaction, not as "just trying to sell me a car," but instead as an advisor, trying to see if his product(s) can meet my needs. This impressed me a lot. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles sold at Premier Toyota. When I decided on the make/model Rav 4, there were none in stock with the color that I wanted. So Paul, again, went above and beyond and sent me a video text message of a Rav 4 that was not the model I was going to purchase, but the color I wanted. He sent it to me just so I can get an idea of a color choice. When I received the text message, I was speechless. I have never had someone take such a caring, personalized touch to sales. I was showing people the video at work. My co-workers were also impressed with his personalized, customer-oriented approach. A+ Ernie Coon: I met with Ernie after I made the purchase of my Toyota Rav 4. He, too, was extremely friendly, cordial, and interested in me as a customer. He chatted with me while Paul was putting together some paperwork for my vehicle purchase. I was chatting with him about an event coming up at work. The following week, when I came in to meet with Paul again, Ernie came up to me, remembered me, and asked me about my event at work. Again, I was extremely impressed that not only did he remember me, but remembered our conversation and the details of my life. A+ In short, Premier Toyota and the 3 individuals I met with during my purchase took the sales profession to a completely different level. They were friendly, cordial, professional, cooperative, and made you (the customer) their central focus. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Premier Toyota and the quality of service provided by John, Paul, and Ernie. I will be coming back to Premier for my next vehicle purchase, without a doubt. A+++ More

I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted. I had spoken with Tahl and he had everything arranged and ready to go. My initial visit with Premier Toyota was a visit to the service dept. for recall notices that I received for my 2006 Toyota Rav4. Premier was the closest Toyota dealership. I was delighted by the assistance of the service personnel and they appeared to have fun while doing their jobs. They washed my vehicle when it was done being serviced even though I did not purchase it from this dealer. That somehow left an impression. At the time I had not seriously considered purchasing a new vehicle. On my second visit I had the good fortune to meet Laurel Whitener a sales associate. She was an absolute delight to work with. She was patient and understanding as I was going through the process of deciding whether to make the purchase and what I wanted and could afford. This was the most comfortable, stress free with no high pressure sale that I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I absolutely recommend Premier to my friends and family and anyone out there that is looking for a Toyota or Scion and like myself will not be disappointed. I was very impressed with Premier Toyota. Their level of customer service is above that of the normal car dealerships. I was looking all over the internet for a used Ford Mustang and Premier Toyota had the customer service is above that of the normal car dealerships. I was looking all over the internet for a used Ford Mustang and Premier Toyota had the best priced one with the lowest mileage in the area. I called in and spoke with an associate named Tahl Benit. He immediately knew which car I was talking about and asked me Iif I wanted pictures. In a few minutes, Tahl sent the pictures by text to my phone. He went out to the car and took several pictures and even took a video so I could hear how the engine sounded. I had some questions regarding any aftermarket exhaust or engine modifications. He immediately emailed me a list of accessories that were on this car. Tahl handled my questions aand went above what I asked of him. I came and got my car the next day. The dealership was very nice and the other associates opened the door for me everytime we walked in or out. We were sat down in a waoting area and offered very good coffee while we waited to sign the contracts. I got my title in a few days. Tahl and the othwr people I dealt with at premier toyota were very accommodating. The entire experience was flawless. These guys are truly professionals. I would buy another car here the next time I am in the market. More
