Our first exposurer to Premier resulted with a email contact looking at several of the Toyota and Honda minivans they had in stock. Because we would be traveling over 100 miles to see and tryout the ve contact looking at several of the Toyota and Honda minivans they had in stock. Because we would be traveling over 100 miles to see and tryout the vehicles it was essential that we have accurate information prior to visiting the dealership. For Laurel this meant going out and checking of the various options and standard equipment that came with the four vehicles listed on the site in our price range. She never once coomplained that after we talked I would come up with some additional questions that resulted in her going back out to the vans and obtaining the accurate information. Not once did she complain, but went out to physically check the specific information each time. After reviewing the information we had received we were most interested in only one of the vans. Now our next problem was to set up a time on the weekend we could travel and do it meeting our schedule. Since we were very interested in this vehicle and we were a few days prior to the weekend I asked Laurel to help me seek out an option that would allow us to visit Premier on the weekend and try out the van but most importantly to us was to be certain that the van was still available. Laurel worked out a solution that insured the van would be available and not sold to someone else prior to our arrival. In addition, she was very pleasaant to deal with. She made sure that we were pleased with our purchase prior to their thirty day service deadline. She helped us by coordinating activities between sales management, service follow-up, and finance questions. All in all we were very satisfied with the end result of the sales process and service activities we experienced at Premier. And my wife and I both feel that the positive experience started immediately with Laurel and her efforts to be sure we were going to experience a positive out come with Premier. Laurel is now a great asset for Premier and will continue to grow into a greater one in the future. More

Premier Toyota was amazing to work with today. I worked with Nanette Peters. I had called her on Monday 9/12/2011. I had very specific issues for what I was looking for, and why I needed to change my vehic with Nanette Peters. I had called her on Monday 9/12/2011. I had very specific issues for what I was looking for, and why I needed to change my vehicle but also a price range. When my girlfriend and I walked in she greeted us immediately. She had several different plans for me, that would fit me. She was kind, patient, has a great test driving route. When it came time to crunch numbers she was wonderful and so was the New car sales manager explaining the different in trade value numbers. We decided on a car quickly after that. The process was so easy and streamlined. By the time we got to the Finance manager, he was so efficient that we were flabbergasted by how quickly the process was. Not only that but Nanette introduced us to the owner Mr. Fisher. I will tell at least ten of my friends to go to Premier Toyota. I will also to all go to Nanette. Talk about a first impression. After years of negative car buying experiences we finally found our dealership! Ben was the most professional and trust worthy salesman I have ever experienced. We came to Premier only "looking" and because of Ben we bought a brand new 2011 Rav4. From the management we met and the Finance director Chad we were treated like family. I would recommend premier Toyota to anyone and can not wait until we need another car and get to work with Ben again. I must say this was a experience we really appreciate! Even during our wait to sign all of the paperwork Ben took the time to show us around and even showed us the service area. Thank you Ben and Premier Toyota! See you soon More

My experience with this dealership was overall a great experience. They were very open with all the information about the cars we looked at. To find an honest car dealership is hard and Premier Toyota Sci experience. They were very open with all the information about the cars we looked at. To find an honest car dealership is hard and Premier Toyota Scion was honest. The sales person was also very friendly and was willing to do what he could to get a vehicle within the payment range I wanted and was able to afford. The financing person, the sales person, and the manager were even there after their closing time of 8pm because the sale wasn't final. They could of told me to come back to finish it the following day but they took the time to complete the paperwork. Over all, I can't say anything bad about this dealer. More

My husbands car just died, and I called on a car I saw on the internet hoping to get something just to get us by until our debt to income ratio improved. I didn't think that we would qualify for any kinda o the internet hoping to get something just to get us by until our debt to income ratio improved. I didn't think that we would qualify for any kinda of loan. I talked to Marilyn on the phone, and she told me that they "make things happen". And that's exactly what they did. She took all of my information over the phone, and when I found out we qualified for a loan on a better than a "just get us by" car I told her that we would be on our way there. She dropped what she was doing to help us, since my husband and I both had to be to work in a little over 2 hours. She got us in, and made it happen. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that we were comfortable and helping get everything ready for us to drive our new car home in the little time we had. She got us a payment that we could afford, working with what we had to offer. They got us out just in time, all our paper work signed and my husband got to drive his new car to work. And I didn't have to walk. :) So to anyone who is reading this, and thinks that they can't get a loan on a new car because of their debt to income ratio: GO TO PREMIERE TOYOTA! My Camry was due for it's 35,000 mile checkup. I called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday. From the moment I brought the car in everyone was very friendly and attentive. They gave me a time that I should expect the car to be completed and I went on my way to run some errands. Tammy called me to let me know that the car was going to be a little longer than expected because they were fixing a small problem that I had asked them to look into. When I came back to pick up the car, everyone was very attentive again and explained exactly what they did for the checkup and to fix the problem that I asked them about. All in all, the experience was extremely pleasant. More
