I offered to pay for this service, however it was done at no cost and it is impossible to tell there was ever a scratch, I have not bought many new cars, but this dealership worked with us and we were not charged over MSRP in mid-2022, as the Honda dealers and local Subaru & Hyundai dealers were charging $2,000-$3,000 over MSRP because of lack of availability. Each time I return to Premier Toyota I am surprised by something better than I expected. More

I'm on my 3rd Rav 4 from Premier Toyota. All 3 have been serviced at this dealership. I could not be happier with the repair work and the fine service department there. I took my 2018 Rav in for a single issue and the technition found another issue upon inspection and repaired that as well. I have an extended warranty thru Premier Toyota. It has a co-pay. A lot of places would have never told me about the 2nd issue to get the extra co-pay when I would have had to bring it back. To me, that goes a long way in the way of trust between a dealership and myself. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the honesty. The work was done when they said it would be. The Rav was washed and ready to go when I arrived. Thank you Premier. I'm impressed yet again. Keep up the great work. More
