Detailer repaired large scratch at no cost as a customer service. A scratch from a parking lot appeared on the drivers side door. We had picked up the new vehicle five months earlier, but the sal customer service. A scratch from a parking lot appeared on the drivers side door. We had picked up the new vehicle five months earlier, but the salesman, Tariq, worked with the detailer to get the scratch buffed out so it was invisible while I waited about 15 minutes at the dealership. I offered to pay for this service, however it was done at no cost and it is impossible to tell there was ever a scratch, I have not bought many new cars, but this dealership worked with us and we were not charged over MSRP in mid-2022, as the Honda dealers and local Subaru & Hyundai dealers were charging $2,000-$3,000 over MSRP because of lack of availability. Each time I return to Premier Toyota I am surprised by something better than I expected. More
