My second visit was with Jeff, highly knowledgeable about the vehicle i was interested in. Took ample time to explain the vehicle and its features, really appreciated his expertise. My previous car buying experiences were not this easy. The process was actually quite easy. Jim and Jeff did a fantastic job with getting me the purchase price i requested. Then there is Courtney, the tech guru, absolutely wonderful! She was and still is helping me. She is very knowledgeable as well, and has made herself indisposable, thanks sooooo much! Car purchasing has always had a reputation of stressful and unpleasant, but these specialists and Premier have totally made this the best and easiest purchase Ive ever experienced. Turned a negative experience into a five star experience. The day I went in to purchase my fifth Volvo from this dealership, I actually had a negative experience. The sales guy I encountered was having a bad The day I went in to purchase my fifth Volvo from this dealership, I actually had a negative experience. The sales guy I encountered was having a bad day and things did not go well. I left feeling very frustrated. My first inclination was to write about it all over social media. Instead, I called the dealership and spoke with Mackenzie Bristow. I then sent an e-mail to general manager - Jimmy Loveland. Mackenzie was professionally appropriate and entirely empathetic. Jimmy's response was immediate. Jimmy Loveland is the real deal - a quintessential professional gentleman. His level of professional customer care can not be taught in sales seminars, it's just who he is. The staff at Premier Volvo bent over backward to apologize and rectify the situation. From that point on, my experience was genuinely positive. Jimmy personally handled my transaction and did his best to make it relatively painless. He also had my old Volvo S60 buffed and cleaned while I was in the process of getting my new one. The service and repair staff did a great job. My old 2007 S60 looks brand new! By the way.... I ended up leasing a new XC40; amazing technology and a very sweet ride. Love the car as much as I sincerely appreciate the staff at Premier Volvo! More
