This time...not so much I brought my 2017 CR-V in for service on a Recall issue on 7/26/19. Their garage door came down on the CR-V's open driver side door. Corbin showed it I brought my 2017 CR-V in for service on a Recall issue on 7/26/19. Their garage door came down on the CR-V's open driver side door. Corbin showed it to me told me and said to bring it back the next day(SAT) and someone would take care of it. Well that didn't work out so well. The manager said that they don't do that there and it would have to be Outsourced. Monday I brought it back, spoke to Corbin and it was repaired at Honda Service within less than 1/2 hour. It was pretty crappy job done but it isn't noticeable from the outside. I'm happy to announce that I will not buy another car from "anywhere/anyone. I love this car even though it's a magnet for people scraping and denting it and closing Service Garage Doors on an open car door. One dent in it is my own fault. More

Above and beyond Even though it was later in the day, the service department went ahead a made a copy of our car key plus reprogrammed it. When we had to do this in t Even though it was later in the day, the service department went ahead a made a copy of our car key plus reprogrammed it. When we had to do this in the past (in another state) we had to leave the key and come back several days later. In addition, while we were waiting one of the salesmen asked if he could help us in any way and he took us to look at the 2019 CRV's and walked us through each different model showing us the features of each. It was what we asked him for and he was delighted to do so even though we did tell him we were not looking to purchase until January or so. It was a great experience. More
