Another 5 Star Day Made an appointment for scheduled service with Anthony, arrived at the scheduled time and checked in and went over the maintenance notes. Anthony took care of all the needs and we just barely had time to finish breakfast up the street when he called and said to pick up. A quick check out and back to the honey-do list. Car shopping It was a good experience. Erica was very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed her company that day. Our only criticism would be that it really needs It was a good experience. Erica was very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed her company that day. Our only criticism would be that it really needs to be a much shorter time span spend purchasing a car. We were there for 4.5 hours. Supposedly there were managers out that day and others on phone calls so not readily available. Also, there were computer glitches in doing some electronic signing and that process alone took over 30 minutes. All in all, it was good, but please look for ways to shorten the process. More

Wonderful personalities & easy to deal with! From the time we pulled up to the time we signed the papers on our new car, the service was unlike any we have ever dealt with!
