great service I made a phone call to your service department around 5:30 PM. The website confused me about no appointment needed, and the $5.00 coupon, so I called I made a phone call to your service department around 5:30 PM. The website confused me about no appointment needed, and the $5.00 coupon, so I called for clarification. The young lady put me on hold for 6 in a half minutes, then disconnected. Nice. I recalled the next morning and spoke with Dave. He explained the no appointment question, and made my appointment for 1 PM that day. When I arrived, he met me outside, after a brief conversation we returned inside. We also covered the service, the coupon, and how long it would be. Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much. Nice job I hit a huge pothole while visiting a park near Prescott. I’m from Minnesota and it was my first time at Prescott Honda. They checked for damage, did an alignment and balanced/rotated tires. The car is running true. It took just under two hours (not bad) and I used a couple of on line coupons. They also gave me a heads up on some wear in the front end to keep an eye on. An overall good experience. More

Above and Beyond I purchased a used Honda S2000 from Prescott Honda and they went above and beyond to help me. I live in California so they put the car on a lift and s I purchased a used Honda S2000 from Prescott Honda and they went above and beyond to help me. I live in California so they put the car on a lift and sent me about 100 high res photos of the undercarriage and other areas of the car. When I asked for a few more pictures of certain areas they were happy to oblige. When I decided to purchase the car they taped up the front end to avoid any road damage and drove the car 6 hours to meet in California, free of charge! Everyone I spoke to at Prescott Honda was very polite and Professional. More
