2019 Honda Insight purchase Initially, we were looking for a used Honda Accord hybrid, 2016 to 2018. There were none on the lot and none available in the valley at the time. The salespersons, Bert Wong and Ruth Johnson were genuinely welcoming, and showed us the 2019 Insight and Accord. They were relaxed, congenial and it was a no pressure experience for us. After a short consideration, we wanted the 2019 Insight in particular exterior and interior colors--cosmic blue and ivory. With a hybrid, we calculated that it would make more sense to buy new rather than used because of the projected battery life. Also, in terms of price, there was not that great a difference between used and new in the years we were considering. We also considered the fuel savings with the mpg rating (55 city). Bert located the Insight in the colors we wanted in the valley; however, it was already under negotiation. The next day, he located another in the Tucson area and verified that it was still available and called us. He had it shipped by trailer to Prescott Honda the next day. We picked it up the following day! More

My service writer, as usual, was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was done in a little less time than estimated. The car wash had a broken part, so I was given a coupon for a free car wash any time. My service writer modified our records so my wife and I are part of Prescott Honda;s Honda family and we can now get 10% off of service, parts and accessories, which I got on this visit. Overall, it was the usual pleasant experience I have had with this dealership when it comes to service. More
