What I've come to expect from Prescott Honda :). Only suggestion I would offer is that the purse hook in handicap ladies rest room too low and should be moved to tall wall not the door. Great Dealership I have dealt with this dealership for many years. Never once have I had a problem. The sales staff is very professional, every employee is courteous I have dealt with this dealership for many years. Never once have I had a problem. The sales staff is very professional, every employee is courteous and very helpful and the service department in my opinion is the best anywhere. Appointments easily scheduled, completed at estimated time at the quoted price. I highly recommend this dealership and the service department. I am 83 years old and have purchased a lot of new cars and this is the first time I have went back to any dealer for the service work. No one has ever worked on any of my Honda's but service people from this dealership. More

Deal with anybody but Mike Pitts (sale Manager) . I see the dealership overall gets a high rating for New cars but when it comes to used cars one name comes up for BAD service," Mike Pitts!" Why they I see the dealership overall gets a high rating for New cars but when it comes to used cars one name comes up for BAD service," Mike Pitts!" Why they keep this guy around is beyond me. I was going to buy a used car from them. They said they would hold it for me for a day because I had to drive eight hours to get there. James DeLuca sent me the "out the door price" and I said it sounded good. The Following morning I was ready to travel leave and called Jim. He said I would have to fill out a credit check on line. I said no need because I was paying cash. Jim Deluca went into a rage and said he would get his Manager. So Mike Pitts comes on the phone and makes up a story that they don't hold cars AND somebody is out test driving the car right now and we will have to wait and see if they buy it. Hey Mike, I'm still waiting for the call back. Oh and by the way I see you still have the car up for sale on your web site. More

The representative was kind and friendly and very informative. The repair was supposed to take 2 1/2 hours and only ended up taking an hour and 20 minutes! The waiting area was outstanding in its cleanliness and accommodations-food, drink, seating, wi-fi. The only discomfort I felt was when I was informed that my brakes should be bled on my next oil change visit. I conferred with other auto specialists and Honda's manual and website. I discovered and was informed that bleeding brakes should only happen if some contaminant gets into the brake line; otherwise unnecessarily bleeding brakes can cause major problems. I was informed that the brake fluid should be topped off and/or checked if there is a problem with the actual brake performance. I was very, very disappointed to hear that I was misinformed about a service I was told I needed. Besides this, Prescott Honda does offer courteous and fast service and a comfortable setting. More
