Honda Quality Service I was hearing a scraping sound out of the steering column when I would make a full 90 degree right turn but it didn't occur with a left turn. I took t I was hearing a scraping sound out of the steering column when I would make a full 90 degree right turn but it didn't occur with a left turn. I took the car into Prescott Honda and asked Chrys Harris my Service Advisor if they could check it out. I don't know how they figured it out but there was a small rock stuck between the left front brake caliper and the backing plate. The Tech removed the rock and no further sound. I have been buying my Honda cars at Prescott Honda since 2003 and they really understand what good customer service is. More
