Auto Butler service and new tire. I went to the service department for my scheduled auto butler and they found a nail in my tire. Over 2 hours in the waiting room and $179.00 later, I I went to the service department for my scheduled auto butler and they found a nail in my tire. Over 2 hours in the waiting room and $179.00 later, I was able to go home. The young man who helped me also programed my new cell phone into my car, which was a wonderful help. He was very kind and helpful and my experience with him was excellent. I am also glad that the bad tire was brought to my attention before I was stuck on the road alone. Overall my experience was good. I know the waiting is made as comfortable as possible, but it is tiring. More

Fast and Professional Had to go in because their was a recall on my 2018 Honda Accord for a Rear view software update I was told by the service advisor John Walz the day Had to go in because their was a recall on my 2018 Honda Accord for a Rear view software update I was told by the service advisor John Walz the day before when I made the appointment that it would take around 1 1/2 hours to do, when I arrived at the dealership he was very professional and even got me out under an hour.
