They are always courteous, professional and efficient. I never even think of going anywhere else now. This dealership has an outstanding service department, starting with Kelly and all the service writers, they all go above and beyond in helping you and always go over every procedure that needs to be done in detail. It is obvious he loves his job and that allowed me to have the confidence to seal the deal on my own with only two visits. Everyone told me I would have to go to Phoenix to get the best deal and that was no true. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Michael. We found Honda to be just the opposite. Ruth was very professional and knowledgable and was a joy to work with. They gave us fair value for our trade in. They pointed out a small dent that occured during transit that we had not noticed and scheduled it for a paintless dent repair which completely corrected the problem. All in all a very good experience. More
