In this case, they found a nail in our tire and although they could not repair it, they sent us straight to Discount Tire where it was promptly taken care of. Prescott Honda's attention to detail and care may have prevented a real problem down the road. Thank you! More

Air conditioner began blowing warm air, would no longer cool Service Adviser took us in right on time. A diagnostic analysis was done quickly and the parts and work required to fix the problem were explained to Service Adviser took us in right on time. Called the next day when our car was ready. We picked our car up and the air conditioner is working just fine now. We felt cared about and taken care of in a friendly professional manner. More
