I requested information on used cars within my price range before arriving so it wasn't a waste of time if the car was already sold and they took forever to respond. When my husband and I arrived we walked around to see if we could spot the cars we were interested in as well as any other potential options. We found a car we had not seen online and continued to look at it until one of the dealers walked out and kicked us out of it laughing saying she just sold it. It was very rude and unprofessional. We shrugged it off because we needed a car and decided to talk to someone else about the cars we'd seen online. We only found one of the cars we saw online and were in a tight spot with our car situation so we went with it and tried to negotiate the price. THEY WOULD NOT BUDGE WHATSOEVER, not even at a modest offer, ON A USED CAR. It was absolutely insane. And so a little disappointed I inquired about the other car we were interested in and the dealer said it's at a sister site in the valley. Which no one decided to disclose when we had inquired online BEFORE we arrived. We still really needed a car so I asked for the location of the sister site and the dealer instantly said that it had sold and she'd "double check" but was pretty sure it sold. Of course she came back with some bogus story and said it sold. I was so frustrated. After that my husband and I left but I couldn't believe what just happened so I inquired about the car that had "sold" online again under a different name. It was miraculously available. They were just looking for a means to an end, trying to push us into a price we were not comfortable with, being entirely not understanding of our situation. Horrible, horrible experience! I suggest you do NOT give them your business. More

Both Karen and Mike Pitts, the Finance Manager, were very well versed in filling out all the paperwork--thoroughly explaining every line item of the contracts. As we were preparing to leave, Karen sat in the vehicle with us and showed how to connect a phone to the system, as well as explaining every other detail. When it is time to replace this vehicle, I would not hesitate to return to Prescott Honda. More

One of his first statements was concerning my obvious stress. He assured me that he would work with me and I could let go of the stress. He was absolutely correct. I wish I could convey how professional he was, yet so caring. My thanks also to Kelly. My experience two weeks prior at a competitor with their finance person was unpleasant. High pressure which made me unhappy and uncomfortable. Kelly was the polar opposite. My thanks. I can say only positive things about this dealership as so well represented by it’s staff. More
