I am always pleased with Prescott Honda's service department. Next month it will have been 10 years of them making me a happy customer. Recently, I was greeted immediately as I drove into the service department. Next month it will have been 10 years of them making me a happy customer. I was directed to a service rep, reviewed the reason for my visit, chatted for a few minutes with my former service rep, and then waited to have the service(s) completed.
