My service writer, as usual, was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was done in a little less time than estimated. The car wash had a broken part, so I was given a coupon for a free car wash any time. My service writer modified our records so my wife and I are part of Prescott Honda;s Honda family and we can now get 10% off of service, parts and accessories, which I got on this visit. Overall, it was the usual pleasant experience I have had with this dealership when it comes to service. More

Great Dealership I have dealt with this dealership for many years. Never once have I had a problem. The sales staff is very professional, every employee is courteous and very helpful and the service department in my opinion is the best anywhere. Appointments easily scheduled, completed at estimated time at the quoted price. I highly recommend this dealership and the service department. I am 83 years old and have purchased a lot of new cars and this is the first time I have went back to any dealer for the service work. No one has ever worked on any of my Honda's but service people from this dealership. More
