Made getting my recall performed very easy. Mr. Jones (my Service Writer) was awesome to work with and very accommodating. I had to change my appointment time several times and Mr. Jones was very understanding and willing to work with us. We had the air bag recall performed on our 2005 Honda Civic and even though we dropped the car off the day before our scheduled appointment; it was still completed in less than 2 hours. The only complaint I have about the service performed at Prescott Honda is the technician that performed the work on our car neglected to clean his hands or rubber gloves. There were greasy fingerprints on both front doors, steering wheel, and dash. There was grease from the technician's shoes/boots on the kick panel and door sill plate too. I had to clean the vehicle when we got home! I explained to Mr. Jones that I am very picky when it comes to my cars, I have been an automotive technician for almost 30 years and I know you can perform repairs on a vehicle without soiling the interior or exterior. That's why I stay away from local dealerships and independent shops, many of the techs don't seem to take pride in their work. I had a similar experience at the local Ford Dealer when I took my F-250 in for warranty work. I give the Service Writer's and A+++ but the technician and Service Manager get a D due to the condition of my car when I picked it up. Someone needs to be doing quality control to make sure customer's vehicles are just as clean (or cleaner) as they were when dropped off. Regards, Mark W. More
