The staff was very polite & prompt. I had to take my Honda CRV in because of a factory recall regarding the two front airbags. I called to schedule an appointment and they were very accommodating to my schedule. When I dropped my car off they already had all of my information & told me the car would be ready in 2 hours. They called me at exactly 2 hrs & said it was ready. To my surprise I picked the car up & it had been washed & was parked up front just waiting for me. This was all very impressive as I was not a paying customer. I was only there because of the recall. I would recommend Prescott Honda to my friends & when the time comes to purchase a new car, I will certainly pay them a visit. Thanks very much, Peggy Eisenthal More

They know their business. I live in rural Arizona and have a problem with animals damaging my car wiring. They have quickly isolated and repaired my problem, and recommended procedures which seem to be reducing the incidence of damage. It's not a problem I'd ever encountered before. They also have a shuttle service that is very valuable to me. More
