Professional and my car was ready in a timely manner I was very happy with the service. I love that my car gets washed after a service appt. my last two vehicle were Toyota and they didn't wash my truck I was very happy with the service. Recall For Defective Roof Rails on 2016 Honda Pilot Service provided as described by Service Associate. I am disappointed, not in the service provided, but in the product. Also was was notified via my factory installed Garmin GPS that the mapping system was already over a year old and needs to be updated. More
