Poor online reservation system I made a reservation online but it did not show up on the service manager's (Noble Jones) computer. When I arrived at my appointment time (7:30 am), I made a reservation online but it did not show up on the service manager's (Noble Jones) computer. When I arrived at my appointment time (7:30 am), I was the only customer in the service area, but the routine service (oil change and tire rotation) took over an hour to complete. I assume the long wait was due to my not being on the service schedule. My car was then brought out before a necessary repair was completed (a screw was found in a tire), which required an additional hour long wait while the car was re-queued. I should add that Noble gave me a discount on the service provided due to the long wait, which I appreciated. More
