Dave is our service advisor, and he is the best. He is friendly, efficient and a joy to work with. This time we needed 4 new tires and a transmission service (UGH). We dropped our vehicle off because we friendly, efficient and a joy to work with. This time we needed 4 new tires and a transmission service (UGH). We dropped our vehicle off because we knew it was going to take most of the day. However, our vehicle was finished an hour and a half earlier then we had thought. There was a rebate on the tires and Dave completed the paperwork for us. We will not take our Honda Pilot anywhere else but to Prescott Honda. We feel the service and your staff, especially Dave Hartman, are the best we have ever worked with at any other dealership or repair shop. Thank you. More
