Dave Hartman got my car worked into the schedule and the upshot was that the battery was dead, it was under warranty and the battery was replaced. Since Prescott was digging out from 21" of snow, having a working vehicle is essential. Mr. Hartman deserves thanks for his professional manner and ability to handle my vehicle "crisis" with efficiency and effectiveness. More

We brought in our 2014 CR-V EXL used but new to us for 2 repairs. We had purchased this vehicle from another Honda dealer, and had paid for the Platinum warranty. We were never explained about the "Gold" 90 repairs. We had purchased this vehicle from another Honda dealer, and had paid for the Platinum warranty. We were never explained about the "Gold" 90 day warranty so ther was some confusion about the deductible. Chrys Harris was wonderful with helping us understand what had happened and helped us resolve the problem with the other dealer. So thank you Prescott Honda! More
