Prescott Honda - Service Center

I had to wait for two weeks for a part to come in for a safety recall of my 2019 Honda Insight Hybrid. I was to get a phone call when the part did arrive. I had not hear from Prescott Honda for three we safety recall of my 2019 Honda Insight Hybrid. I was to get a phone call when the part did arrive. I had not hear from Prescott Honda for three weeks when I called to see if the part had come in, which it had. I was scheduled right away for two days later, which was Thursday, Aug. 20, 2020. I dropped the car off at 9:00 a.m. and was called at 11:30 a.m. letting me know my car was ready. I arrived within 90 minutes and Chris brought my car up to the service area and it was washed and shiny. Since it was a safety recall, I did not get a bill, but did receive an itemization of the work that was done. Thank you, Chris! More
