Honda Alert! Used a coupon for some general maintenance at Prescott Honda. Appreciated the guys letting me know that my 2-yr-old battery was registering low. Had it rechecked with AAA who sold the battery to us, and sure enough, the reading matched that of Honda’s. Replaced it under warranty. Thank you, Honda! Just a great experience. My last service was the dealership we purchased our CRV from in San Diego. I made a appointment and the car wasn't ready for 3 hours. They said I couldn't have made an appointment because they don't make appointments for routine maintenance. This is my 4th Honda and I was never treated as rudely as I was at that dealership. But by far the best service I have ever had was at Prescott Honda. Thank you for helping delete the bad experience I had in the past. More
