I had a terrible experience with Prestige Auto Group. They ran my wife’s credit and my credit about 6 different times without us knowing to get us at the payment we wanted (which in our case if it wasn’t They ran my wife’s credit and my credit about 6 different times without us knowing to get us at the payment we wanted (which in our case if it wasn’t going to work the 1st or 2nd try then stop trying) it puts bad marks on your credit. Then they write out the wrong amount for the payoff of our trade and basically didn’t want to do anything about it so there is still a balance on our vehicle trade and they also had the wrong amount on the check for the taxes that were do when registering the vehicle we had purchased and paying the PA sales tax. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to PRESTIGE AUTO GROUP More

Wish I could give no stars! Was the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership! Jeff was a horrible salesman and very unprofessional had my Jeep sold in the middle of me getting approved ( within 8 have ever had at a dealership! Jeff was a horrible salesman and very unprofessional had my Jeep sold in the middle of me getting approved ( within 8 min's of my approval) after talking to him all weekend and finally finding a cosigner I could use! And he made sure to tell me it was my fault, I didn't act fast enough! Told me when I finally was able to find a good cosigner (literally a day later) called as soon as they open on Monday to tell him I had a cosigner it was my fault it was too late! Then tried to sell me other jeeps!ha horrible experience! Found a better deal with a way better salesmen! More

I purchased a 2016 Volks My Fiance found this place on Carguru and I am so happy he did! Great customer service and they are willing to work with you. I purchased a 2016 Volkswagen Passat with great mileage. I told them i didn't want to put any money down and how much I wanted my monthly payments to be and they made it happen. They even let us put the car on the lift to look underneath before we purchased the car. The building/office is small but very welcoming and family like environment for sure. There was no need to negotiate the price because it was a really good deal and I am happy we went here for my first car More
