Wow. You have some really great reviews. I wish I had something positive to say as well, however, I do not. I started this adventure on May 15th inquiring You have some really great reviews. I wish I had something positive to say as well, however, I do not. I started this adventure on May 15th inquiring about a car I saw online. I was immediately called and emailed from the establishment. Which was great. I was then contacted by a gentleman named Jose. Let's just sayJose must have a lot on his plate because it took him DAYS to get back to me after that first conversation. I am actually STILL waiting today to here back from him. 25 days this has been going on. I haven't even heard back if I have been denied. NOTHING at all. I even reached out to him 3 days ago asking what is going on, was I denied because the web site said they work with all kinds of credit. So I really couldn't understand why No response from ANYONE from the dealership. Now, I have a great job with a very good salary, and I have very little bills. My credit is fair unfortunately, but they supposedly work with people who do not have perfect credit. I submitted ALL of the paperwork Jose had asked for to prove my income. Now what is the problem? Why is it that I hear wonderful reviews and I have had the worst car buying experience of my life and I have bought a lot of cars in My 50 year. It's soooo frustrating and was a total waste of my time. More
