Jannell Ford had a very friendly, warm, welcoming, no pressure environment. Going to a car dealer always stresses me out, but that wasn’t the case at Jannell. I was only in there a couple hours, we made the deal and I was out. My salesman Jack Scollins worked well with me trading in my old car and purchasing a new one. My new car was delivered extremely clean and Jack sat with me and explained all the features in the car. Overall I had an amazing experience at Jannell Ford.
