I had a great experience working with Anthony. He made the whole process so smooth and easy. After talking with him on the phone about the vehicle. This has been an awful experience all together. Ill start by saying do not do your business with Tony Martin. He is not an honest salesman. One month ago today i signed a sales agreement and was told i start by saying do not do your business with Tony Martin. He is not an honest salesman. One month ago today i signed a sales agreement and was told i would get the car in less than 1 week. Tony said I just had to wait for the car to be serviced. 2 weeks went by so i called and spoke with Tony. He just said we are waiting on some paperwork but go ahead and call the insurance co. So I set up insurance on the car thinking it is coming soon. 3 weeks go by no phone call. Mind you I had to do all the reaching out to Tony. I never till this day got any updates on the behalf of prestige. Week 3 I go to prestige and speak with Tony. He again said just waiting on the paperwork. "Ok what paperwork is taking so long that you are waiting for" He then says for the first time the title. WHAT!!! You mean to tell me that you sold a car that you do not even have the title yet? Now why was this not told to me from the begining. Oh I know why because Tony is not an honest person. That was not your choice to make that I had to now wait a month for a car, that should be mine. Now today makes 1 month and still to this day Tony has not called and gave me any updates and I am still without a car that mind you I have been paying insurance on and my car payment is due in 3 days. I wish I never did business with prestige. I will make sure I never do again and spread the word to others so that no one else has to go through this awful experience. Who knows I may be waiting another month with no car. Will update with the other half. ( was left empty intentionally because my struggle trying to get what i paid for is far from over) Update: Today makes 8 weeks on the dot and still no car. I told the manager how deeply i regret doing business with them then he suggested that we void and cancel,, wonderful idea like i havent thought of that already except one thing horribly wrong with that idea my credit has been ran and took a hit from the loan so xxxx no i said. Start all over with an even lower credit score jus because one of their guys xxxxed up? Will update with the rest of this mess i seem to have gotten myself into. More
