Scheduled me for an appointment to check out a car they had already sold. I drove an hour out of my way to Taunton to check this car out only to be told they had already sold it. Salesman couldn't even had already sold. I drove an hour out of my way to Taunton to check this car out only to be told they had already sold it. Salesman couldn't even be bothered to apologize for wasting my time and had to be told multiple times to wear his mask properly. Just awful customer service and seriously disrespectful - I would recommend against buying from these people. More

I was in and out in 1.5 hours. There was no harassment in buying a vehicle. They made sure I bought something I was interested in not what they thought. They pulled vehicles right out that had all the featur buying a vehicle. They made sure I bought something I was interested in not what they thought. The finance manager Leslie Gagnon was beyond helpful, efficient and thorough! I would go back in heartbeat! Thank you Leslie, Manny and my salesman Romon !! Best experience at a car dealership ever! Leslie was the best and made it so easy with the financial and paperwork side and answering questions immediately and was very communicative and flexible and explained everything so well th with the financial and paperwork side and answering questions immediately and was very communicative and flexible and explained everything so well that I felt completely comfortable handing over 1700$, I felt like I was making the right decision. Raul went above and beyond making sure my car was ready to drive off the lot and made sure none of the stickers left any marks on the windows (can’t begin to express my appreciation for that!) and even looked at my car 45 min after I drove off the lot because I had a concern.
