I couldn’t get there for a few days for a family emergency, he was totally understandable. He didn’t even keep calling to find out when we would be back in, which I feel most salespeople would do. He told me family comes first and to call him when I was all set. When we finally got back the first thing he asked was how everything was. He made you feel more like a friend then a customers. I’d definitely refer my friends to him!! ?? More

Great experience!!! I first met with Raul, he showed me lots of SUVs in my price range, he was great. Had a great experience with Ramulo Marciano. So helpful I had a new to me vehicle that was rear ended & deemed totaled after only having it 5 months. Because I have a crappy credit score and only 4 payment I had a new to me vehicle that was rear ended & deemed totaled after only having it 5 months. Because I have a crappy credit score and only 4 payments on record I couldn't get another loan not even from the bank I had the loan from to begin with. As I was ready to cry and give up my bestie said come on we're going to Prestige. With the letter from the insurance company stating the first loan was paid in full and my most recent pay stub they pre-approved me, on a holiday weekend! When I came back in to finalize my loan, Leslie informed me they were able to approve me through another bank at a lower rate!! She got my payments down from $349 to $269!!! These guys worked so hard for me. I'd definitely recommend buying a used car here. There are so many beautiful cars to choose from, in all price ranges. More
