Worse than typical My 2 biggest grievances: #1 I bought my car and it needed some bodywork. I was told there would be a rental from Enterprise waiting for me. I brought my car back for the appointment given for the auto body shop. I was given the keys to a banged up very old vehicle that had a cracked windshield, full of garbage, smelling of smoke and carpets needed vacuuming badly. I did not accept this at all. I borrowed my daughters vehicle when needed. #2 I did refer 2 people there. Both had bought vehicles but did I ever see the check from the referral program. Nope! I contacted them several times, including speaking to the manager. I was told it would be waiting for me. I had been there several times trying to collect but I always got the run around. In conclusion: They are all about dollar signs. If anyone I know or a patient at my office mentions they are interested in buying a used car. I tell them about my experience with the Westport dealership. More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE !!! whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! They promise you the world and then as soo whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! They promise you the world and then as soon as you sign the paperwork you are chop liver. We were promised a second key and they just keep telling us "yes we will have it" then another person says "yeah we don't know where it is". they will not fill the gas tank of the vehicle you have purchased. In my experience I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership that hasn't filled the tank! We signed paperwork a week ago for our vehicle and we still don't even have it yet. So basically that means we are paying for a car that we do not have yet and when I called them they did not care at all. My husband called today to figure out what is going on with our vehicle and asked to speak with our salesman, Corey, and she says yes absolutely! Then comes back and says oh he's actually not here. So then he asks to speak with the manager named jerry and when she comes back on the line she says oh he's on lunch. Hmmm now that's quit a coincidence. So conveniently the workers that we have been dealing with are not "available". They have made every single step of this process above and beyond difficult!!!! PLEASE PEOPLE I AM JUST TRYING TO WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW CLASS, TRASHY DEALERSHIP. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANYONE ELSE BUT PRESTIGE!!!! Raul even offered to pick me up tomorrow evening just so I could take possession ASAP! As it was, I was able to drive it home tonight!
