Shortly after my purchase I happen to find something very minor I just wasn't happy with & called Raul. Thought for sure I was going to get the brush off but just the opposite happened! Next day Kevin in the service department called me & I explained what I wasn't happy with. Kevin asked me to bring the vehicle in to see what my concern was. He checked everything out, told me it was something they would take care of & scheduled a time that was convenient for ME to get it fixed. Great Service went in expecting the usual cliche "used" car sales people. got the opposite. Guy greeted us and brought us to what we wanted. there was no up-selling, just people working to make a deal but with no pressure. the price on the car was very good but it was the non-pressure and kind atmosphere that really won us over (and of course the car). they even focused attention on our 3 yr old daughter who was getting antsy but by providing her balloons and pictures she was very happy. we have been in many dealerships where people are nice but not knowledgeable or just sit and show you the same website that you looked at before going in - these guys know their inventory and the details about each car. More
