First day at prestige auto mart I didnt think i would be able to even get a car because my mom already had 2 loans. I test drove a 2014 Altima witch was very smooth and worth the experience but didn't get able to even get a car because my mom already had 2 loans. That day the bank did say yes to me about me getting the ford fusion. A few days later i get a call saying i have to bring it back because the bank changed their mind so i was mad about that. Dane said to me the nicest way possible that it was okay and he will find me another car. I then test drove a 06 ford 500 which I guess is okay for a year and then they said i can trade it in in a year and get something i would like. Before prestige i went to another dealer and they don't compare to Danes friendliness. I would recommend Dane to any one looking for a car with bad credit and good credit. I would also go but another car from there thats how much i liked the customer service there More

I recently bought a car from Bob. At first he seemed genuine, but after about two weeks of dealing with him i realized he's full of crap. I was finally set to pick up the car on Thursday. I spoke to him genuine, but after about two weeks of dealing with him i realized he's full of crap. I was finally set to pick up the car on Thursday. I spoke to him at 12:30 and he told me they were doing the vin check, registration and bringing it back to get detailed. I called him again around 5:30pm saying id be there in about an hour and asked if he had the list from the mechanic stating what had been fixed on the car. He told me they wouldnt give it to me before it was registered. I then said I thought it got registered earlier that day and he said the guy was still at the DMV. It was 5:30, the RI DMV closes at 3:30. I told him i'd pick it up since i already arranged for a ride and left work early, and we'd get it detailed another day. Around 6:10 (while I'm on my way there) he calls again and says the car had a blow out on the highway and they would need to get it towed in and fixed in the morning. I was annoyed but said fine, and decided to drive by anyways. Sure enough, the car was there on all 4 tires!! No blowout. I confronted him and he lied straight to my face. In about 45mins time he swears that they towed it from the highway and changed the tire but i still could not take it because they had to fix the rotor. I looked at the tires before leaving and saw that they were all exactly the same, worn down the same and everything. I returned the next day to be told more lies. I was told a brand new tire was being put on. When the car was brought in the supposed "blow out" tire had a chunk of rubber missing from it. Clearly not new. Also Bob said it was the front tire the night before, then the next day said it was the back tire. I don't know why he lied about the incident but it was certainly all fabricated. Nothing added up. I'm guessing it was because he never had it serviced and/or registered the day he told me it was done. I was angry more at the fact that he was lying to me than anything else. And when I got upset and continued to question him to prove his story didn't make any sense he said "you're all set" and walked away from me!! I ended up talking to Joe who was much more helpful although he did try to back up this BS blowout story. He was nice and also Alando was great. I didn't buy from him but he talked to me the few times i had been in there and I wish I would have dealt with him from the start. I will say they worked hard to finance me seeing since my credit is shot and came up with a fair payment plan for me. So far the car seems to be in good shape, but I've only had it for a day. I can't say I wouldn't recommend them but I will say absolutely without a doubt do NOT have Bob as your salesman. He is a lazy slacker, snake in the grass bullsh*t artist. More

I went to the prestige in taunton with no expectations as I had very little credit. When I got there I was approached by Mike and told him my situation. I had no money down and my trade was at my house in th I had very little credit. When I got there I was approached by Mike and told him my situation. Kevin came over to me a little while later and explained to me the different options and helped me get my payment down. To make a long story short I was in the finance office with Eric 45 minutes later signing paperwork for my 2011 Nissan Altima. Thanks guys again, you really helped me and got me into a real nice car!! More

I DELT WITH PRESTIGE AUTO MART 3 IN TAUNTON.. i went here to buy my first financed car... i have 2 children and needed a family vehicle and had little to put down.. said theyd help me.. they put me in a bmw. to buy my first financed car... i have 2 children and needed a family vehicle and had little to put down.. said theyd help me.. they put me in a bmw.. at first i was so excited... until i drove it off the lot and the check engine light came on (THANKFULLY).... the cars transmission blew!!!!!! thankfully before it was inspected because they REFUSED to give me a warrenty claiming the mileage was too high even though i asked for an extended and i would pay for it!!!!!! well they fixed it RELUCTANTLY! (I WAS DRIVING AROUND WITH NO INSPECTION STICKER FOR 2 WEEKS!!) and RUSHED it over to THEIR shop to get it inspected even though I have the right to take it wherever i please.. they did this behind my back. before i could make them fix the THUD in the back end that was their since i TEST DROVE THE CAR AND HAD AN AGREEMENT ON THEM FIXING! well i took it to another shop... THE CAR SHOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED INSPECTION AND WAS UNSAFE!!!!!!! their was a broken strut and ball bearing in the back end.. a lot of rust and rot, and tire rot... (again i have 2 children so this is not ok) i called them.. they agreed to take a look... and when they did they called me a day later saying that the repairs were going to cost MEEEEEEE 900$ JUST FOR THE BALL BEARING!!!!!!! xxx?! first THEY should have fixed it for FREE and second no MY OWN mechanic wouldnt charge even half of that!!!!!!! they refused to do anything to make justice of what they screwed me on... i ended up just dropping the car off and telling them all to xxxx themselves..... please everyone STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE THEY ARE OUT TO SCREW OVER FIRST TIME BUYERS!
