Ponlue from the sales team was great to work with! Ponlue had the vehicle ready and waiting when we arrived. He handed us the keys for a test drive. I called and spoke with Ricky Pim to custom order a truck. I sent in the specs he said he would be able to order it the same day. The build sheet was missing one of the options, when I called back, R truck. I sent in the specs he said he would be able to order it the same day. The build sheet was missing one of the options, when I called back, Ricky was out of the office and his brother Ponlue said he would get the answers and call back. More than a week later I have left 2 messages, 2 texts, and an email without any response. Ricky and Ponlue went from great communicators to nothing.
