Warranty safety recall When the appointment was made I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived was told 2 hours, also that they hadn't done this replacement to my model tr When the appointment was made I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived was told 2 hours, also that they hadn't done this replacement to my model truck before. At 2 1/2 hours was told that this was especially difficult and would be done in another 20 minutes. At just over 3 hours was told again how hard a job this was and this came across as they were not experts with this type of work. Completion was at just under 4 four hours. This experience leaves me with little confidence for this service department. Mike was friendly and did the best he could with relaying the info even though most info was that the delays were continuing. More

Made an appointment online and got confirmation after a few error messages. Arrived at the dealership to find out they did not have my appointment. This resulted in my vehicle not being looked at until the next day. This was stated to be a known problem but that's not very helpful to the end customer. My advice is to call and make your appointment. More
